RMP Advisors is seeking an IT Technician to address productivity issues related to IT-serviced operations. In this role, you will provide technical support for hardware and software, manage endpoints and Microsoft 365 environments, and resolve issues efficiently. This position offers the potential to advance into a more senior IT role as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Monitor endpoints using remote management tools
• Perform remote troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams and Share Point
• Fulfill onboarding and offboarding processes seamlessly
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in IT or related field
• 2-3 years of IT support experience required
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
