Join the City of Windsor as a full-time Analyst Programmer. This dynamic role involves building, supporting, and enhancing specialized computer systems while maintaining user satisfaction.
As part of the Information Technology department, you will report to the Manager of Web & Digital Services. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user needs, resolving technical issues efficiently, and implementing best practices in programming. You'll need to navigate a multi-tasking environment successfully while ensuring data security and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and maintain various software systems
• Respond to user inquiries via phone and in person
• Develop specifications and documentation for projects
• Ensure compliance with data security policies
• Conduct analyses for IT solutions and proposals
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum four years of experience in software programming
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs
• Strong communication and project management skills
