Lead client implementations for Flipp in Canada, applying project management and technical knowledge across product launches and integrations. This remote-first position connects teams.
The Customer Success Implementation Manager owns client delivery from planning and scoping through go-live. You will configure solutions, manage integrations, and guide onboarding. The work requires communication, risk mitigation, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to deliver scalable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Configure product solutions and manage system integrations
- Build stakeholder relationships and deliver onboarding training
- Monitor risks, deadlines, and implementation progress
- Guide Implementation Specialists and resolve escalations
- Five or more years in customer success, project management, or implementation
- Ad-Tech or SaaS experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Complex project, timeline, and risk management experience
- Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, or Jira experience
