As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide solutions, and retain existing business. You'll be responsible for selling new policies, processing renewals, and maintaining documentation for insurers. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on insurance matters and assess their needs

• Sell new policies and retain existing book of business

• Quote new business through various client outreach methods

• Prepare and process insurance documentation and changes

• Participate in community marketing and training initiatives

Requirements:

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education

• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance

• Exposure to Epic is an asset

• Strong customer focus and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
