BrokerLink Personal Insurance Advisor Position

As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing client needs, conducting needs assessments, and selling new policies. You will also prepare documentation for insurance applications, manage renewals, and ensure all processes comply with underwriting guidelines. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service ongoing client needs and recommend insurance solutions

• Sell new policies and manage renewals for existing clients

• Create and prepare documentation for insurers

• Conduct outbound initiatives to quote new business

• Participate in community marketing efforts

Requirements:

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education

• At least 1-year experience in Personal Insurance is preferred

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer focus

• Familiarity with Epic is advantageous
