In this essential role, you will serve clients' insurance needs and maintain a high level of professionalism. You’ll perform needs assessments, advise clients, sell new policies, and manage renewals. Collaborating with Underwriters and engaging in community marketing initiatives are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service ongoing client needs and advise on insurance matters

• Sell new policies and retain existing book of business

• Conduct outbound calls for quotes and referrals

• Prepare documentation and issue insurance certificates

• Stay current on industry guidelines and processes

Requirements:

• High School or Post-Secondary Education

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Insurance experience

• Strong customer focus and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

• Exposure to Epic system is an asset
