Become an English Tutor with Language Trainers in St. Thomas, ON, focusing on beginner students. This freelance position engages Spanish-speaking adults, enhancing their English skills for better integration.
Language Trainers needs a dedicated Tutor for 15 Spanish-speaking adults starting as soon as possible. The role involves conducting 30 hours of lessons at the students' location, focusing on general and business English for workplace success. This is a vital role in helping students improve their communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach English basics to Spanish-speaking adults in 15 sessions
• Conduct lessons on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons
• Customize sessions to student requirements and backgrounds
• Encourage active participation and progress tracking
• Ensure an inclusive and positive education experience
Requirements:
• Native English speaker or certified in English language teaching
• Relevant teaching or translation experience required
• Valid work permit necessary
• Must be located within 30 km of St. Thomas
• Available to adapt schedule as needed
