You will drive improvements in inventory metrics and lead the supply planning team, ensuring timely availability of packaging materials while reducing warehousing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Own packaging supply planning across North America

• Manage inventory targets and slow-moving stock

• Lead proactive shortage prevention and expedite management

• Partner closely with sourcing for capacity planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 8+ years in supply planning and inventory management

• 3+ years of team management experience

• Experience in multi-site operations across regions
