Operations Specialist

Position: Operations Specialist Role
Join Electrozad as an Operations Specialist based in Windsor, Ontario, focusing on driving operational excellence and supporting branch performance. Enhance efficiency and customer service across multiple locations.

You will report to the Director of Operations, playing a key role in supporting branch operations through process improvements and operational consistency. Engage with branch managers and cross-functional teams to achieve performance, safety, and inventory objectives while assisting with training and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to support branch operations

• Analyze and improve operational performance metrics

• Monitor inventory management and compliance KPIs

• Assist in branch openings and relocations

• Prepare reports and track action items effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of operations or distribution experience

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Proven communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to travel regularly across Ontario
