Position: Experienced Maintenance Technician ON
Skyline is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician in Windsor, ON. This role combines essential building maintenance with high-quality customer service for tenants.

In this full-time position, you’ll carry out various maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs, ensuring all systems in apartment buildings are functioning optimally. Regularly cleaning common areas and maintaining documentation of completed tasks is crucial. You’ll also manage safety inspections and maintain emergency systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks for plumbing and electrical issues

• Clean common spaces like stairwells and hallways

• Conduct scheduled inspections and document repairs

• Maintain organized maintenance logs and timesheets

• Safely use power tools and perform physical labor

Requirements:

• Two years’ experience in HVAC and building services

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license required

• Familiarity with Word and Excel for logging tasks

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
