Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and hallways

• Operate vacuum cleaners to clean debris

• Make adjustments and minor repairs to systems

• Show apartments to prospective tenants

• Move heavy furniture and equipment

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent certification

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience

• Valid driver's license and own transportation

• Criminal record check required
