As the Surface Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you will facilitate the maintenance group's success by planning, scheduling, and ensuring the right materials are available. Your 3–5 years of industry experience will empower you to conduct data evaluations and prepare detailed work packages. This position emphasizes your ability to support contractor activities and adhere to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed work packages and review related workflows

• Tour work sites and interact with requestors

• Lead the documentation of work order statuses

• Collaborate with storeroom staff for material requisitions

• Control maintenance costs through effective management

Requirements:

• Associate degree/diploma in a technical field

• 3–5 years' experience in maintenance/construction

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical work

• Proficiency in CMMS and MS Office

• Understanding of maintenance scheduling processes
