Forge Consulting Group, a leader in greenhouse production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and fellow technicians to conduct repairs, apply preventative strategies, and foster continuous improvement. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems will be essential to uphold their commitment to quality produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment

• Document tasks using preventative maintenance software

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures

• Assist with equipment installation and upgrades

• Train junior maintenance personnel when needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and systems

• Ability to read technical manuals and documentation

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
