Join as a Cleaning Supervisor in Windsor, ON, earning $36 hourly. Manage your team to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established standards.
This permanent, full-time role involves hiring, training, and supervising a team of cleaning staff. You will inspect various sites to maintain required standards, coordinate with other departments, and develop efficient work schedules to optimize cleaning operations for your clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and conduct training for cleaning staff
• Supervise coordination of cleaning activities
• Conduct inspections for safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with different departments on cleaning tasks
• Establish effective work schedules for staff management
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
• Familiarity with supervisory roles for 1 to 2 years
• A valid driver's licence is essential
• On-site work required; remote work is not available
• Capable of physical tasks including bending and crouching
