Custodial Services Personnel Essex CHC

As a Custodial Services Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring that common areas remain clean and welcoming for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks for floors, walls, and stairwells

• Show available apartments to prospective tenants

• Conduct minor repairs in plumbing and carpentry

• Manage snow and ice removal in winter

• Support tenant security through regular checks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• Familiarity with modern cleaning procedures

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Participation in internal training and certifications required
