Become a Seasonal Maintenance Technician at Leisure Lake Resort and contribute to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Engage in building repairs and water maintenance throughout the season.

This role at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities requires hands-on skills and a proactive attitude. Working Monday to Friday for over 40 hours weekly, you will focus on groundskeeping, building repairs, and managing pool operations.

Your role directly impacts maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping and grounds of the resort

• Handle repairs for community buildings and equipment

• Deliver firewood and support residents' needs

• Conduct daily water testing and record-keeping

• Manage pool and spa facility upkeep

Requirements:

• Clean Driver’s Abstract is mandatory

• Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred

• Willingness to take certification courses

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
