Light Duty Healthcare Housekeeper

Support clean, orderly spaces as a Light Duty Housekeeper using disinfecting, floor care, and safe cleaning practices. This position focuses on daily environmental upkeep.
As a Light Duty Housekeeper, you will clean establishment areas, resident or patient rooms, and common spaces. Your work includes disinfecting surfaces, damp mopping, removing garbage, and responding to emergency cleanups. Confidentiality, health and safety guidelines, and hazard reporting are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect vents, windows, walls, doors, and mirrors
- Damp mop hard floors throughout assigned areas
- Check lobbies, stairwells, and primary areas
- Remove garbage from rooms and common areas
- Respond to emergency cleanups as required
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Healthcare, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
