Clean floors, washrooms, carpets, and common areas as a Heavy Duty Cleaner with GDI Services (Canada) LP. Work full time, Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
This janitorial position supports GDI’s integrated facility maintenance services across two buildings. Responsibilities include floor care, window cleaning, garbage collection, bathroom servicing, and high dusting. The role also involves using heavy duty machines, monitoring defects, and assisting supervisors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Sweep, mop, wash, strip, and wax interior floors
- Clean carpets, windows, walls, glass, and windowsills
- Service bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect building trash and replace container liners
- Report defects and assist supervisors with requested tasks
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Own transportation required between two buildings
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
