Store leader

Recruitment of store leaders has been released by 7-Eleven, and they’re inviting applicants to share their applications. They’re required to oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory. Along with this, they’re also appointed to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our guests. Registration for this post has already started and it will end soon.

• Candidates are required to develop successful sales plans to grow profitability and are appointed to recruit, train, develop and motivate the employees.
• Candidates are also required to demonstrate leadership and promote a teamwork-oriented environment, setting high standards and modelling behaviour for optimum guest service applied for this post.
• People who applied for this post are required to implement new product lines and create strategies to introduce and promote them to our guests working at this post.
• People who apply for this post are required to promote 7-Eleven to your guests and community and ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales and control the inventory applied for this post.

• Candidates must attain a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience to be eligible for this post.
• Candidates must attain 2 years of college and military experience to be eligible for this post.
• They must have successful food service, retail, and grocery management experience.
• Applicants must have demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict-resolution skills to be eligible for this post.
• They must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be results-oriented team players/managers and must attain the ability to work a flexible work schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call to be eligible for this post.
