Lead the Homelessness and Housing Help Hub team as a full-time Site Supervisor in Windsor, Ontario. Oversee daily operations, staff management, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
The Site Supervisor role at the H4 program involves managing operations and supporting staff in providing vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. As a leadership figure, you will ensure adherence to program policies and coordinate participant services effectively, addressing needs promptly. This position emphasizes a recovery-oriented approach and the implementation of individualized service plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily staff activities and adherence to policies
• Conduct staff meetings to share updates and maintain communication
• Guide and train staff for effective service delivery
• Monitor participant interactions for dignity and respect
• Support individualized planning through case management reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• 1-3 years of management experience in similar roles
• Strong leadership skills in dynamic environments
• Knowledge of community services in Windsor-Essex
• Updated CPR and First Aid certifications required
