Underthedirectionofthe Director of Forestry:

• Planand execute the Forestry capital, maintenance and restoration services for Transmission and Distribution Right-of-Ways (ROW.)

• Develop and manage a skilled internal and external workforce to meet the resourcing requirements of the assigned work programs.

• Negotiate the requirements of contractual agreements.

• Provide coaching and development opportunities to all subordinate staff to elevate staff to a higher level of performance.
• Define and manage Hydro One’s strategies by ensuring all work is done to the standard in terms of cost, schedule and quality.
• Drive costs down to competitive levels through the implementation of world class best practices.
• Liaise with Customers and service providers at all levels, including but not limited to:
  Local Associations, Utilities and Line Clearing companies, Municipal, as well as Provincial Levels, i.e. mayors, Parks Canada, MPP’s, MOEE, MNR, First…
