As a Senior Station Leader, you will manage Operations, Area, and Shift Managers while advancing station objectives. Your scope includes budgetary performance, customer experience, employee relations, and leadership bench strength. You will also coordinate with Delivery Service Providers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage safety, quality, performance, and customer experience
Coach managers toward performance objectives and accountability
Present operational metrics to senior leadership
Manage relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers
Build talent, succession, and engagement plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Seven or more years of direct management experience
Logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or related environment experience
Performance metrics and lean process improvement experience
Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday hours
