Description:
Performing essential, often repetitive, tasks to cultivate and harvest plants, including seeding, transplanting, watering, and pruning, typically in a fast-paced environment;Maintaining optimal growing conditions, operate equipment, and prepare products for shipment, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs;
Stand on their feet for 10 hours a day;
This is in the greenhouse, allergens such as bees are prevalent ;
Warmer temps in the summer.
