Automotive Manufacturing | Rotating Shifts (monthly) + Shift Premium

Work Environment

• Clean, air-conditioned automotive manufacturing facility

• Light assembly environment

• Unionized (USW)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Complete equipment changeovers per standard procedures

• Record maintenance and repairs in CMMS

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues

• Follow all health, safety, and company policies

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Participate in ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 activities

• Available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications

• 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License – required

• Automotive manufacturing experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Valid G Driver’s License

• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, welding, and machining work

• Basic industrial electrical knowledge

• Proven troubleshooting ability

• Working at heights and manlift/boom training preferred

• Knowledge of workplace safety and hazardous materials procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• $38.63 – $40.05 per hour (per Collective Bargaining Agreement)
