Cannon Automotive Solutions is hiring a Weekend General Labourer for its Windsor, Ontario plant. This part-time role involves critical tasks like packing and production support in a fast-paced work environment.
Ideal for self-motivated individuals, this position supports various departments within the manufacturing process. The weekend shifts run from 10pm to 10am, where teamwork and effective communication are essential. Candidates with a mechanical inclination will excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production line tasks: packing and sorting
• Provide setup assistance to press operators
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products
• Operate welding and grinding hand tools
• Ensure cleanliness and order in working areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing
• Flexibility to adapt to 2-shift model:
Midnights and Days
• Mechanical inclination preferred
• Must meet quota on repetitive work tasks
