Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts in accordance with safety protocols and training.
Load and unload trailers, containers, and internal transport vehicles.
Transport materials, parts, and products to designated storage or production areas.
Supply production lines with necessary materials and components in a timely manner.
Perform visual inspections of materials and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) or scanners.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S standards.
Follow all site‑specific safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations as required.
Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks when not operating a forklift.
Communicate material shortages, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Participate in ongoing training and recertification programs for forklift operation.
Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift certification (counterbalance, reach, and/or clamp truck as applicable).
Minimum 1–2 years of recent forklift driving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory systems.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Shift‑based work within an industrial manufacturing facility.
Warehouse and production floor environment with exposure to industrial machinery, noise, and temperature variations.
Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods during shift.
May be exposed to temperature changes, battery components, and manufacturing noise.
Must wear required PPE (eg. safety boots, vest, hard hat, and safety glasses).
