CNC Machinists

Our client, a designer/manufacturer and global integrator of welding and assembly systems and material handling systems, is in search of CNC Machinists to join their team.
Compensation and

Schedule:

$27 - $29/hr days, Afternoons and Shift work possible. Temp to Perm.
Responsibilities:
Study drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the sequence of machining operations using knowledge of shop mathematics, metal properties, and the methodology and procedures of machining.
Verify conformance of the detail to specifications by using measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, micrometers, Vernier, and fixed gauges.
Recognize the functions of the specific Controller capabilities program parameters to load, evaluate and run a specific program.
Input additions, deletions, and changes to the machining program as instructed by the CAM department.
Decide and ensure assigned functions can be completed on specific machines.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years’ experience.
Must have experience either Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controllers.
