In this hands-on role, you will lead process improvements, documentation, and equipment optimization. Your experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment will enable you to support APQP and PPAP initiatives effectively. Take charge of root cause analysis and collaborate with internal teams to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage validation and development of machining processes

• Drive tooling improvements from concept through production

• Maintain quality standards with precise documentation

• Coordinate production trials and final PPAP submissions

• Implement lean tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

• 7+ years in manufacturing, at least 3 years in Engineering

• Proficiency in CNC machining and fabrication techniques

• Familiarity with quality tools like GD&T and MSA

• Proficient in CAD/CAM technologies (Solid Works, Mastercam)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
