Position: Catalent Softgel Machine Operator Role
Catalent seeks a dedicated Machine Operator for its Windsor, Ontario facility. Operate essential machinery to manufacture softgel capsules, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this full-time position involves rotating 12-hour shifts. You will utilize encapsulation and printing machines, monitor production quality, and ensure thorough record-keeping.

Your role is crucial in the production line to maintain the efficiency and integrity of softgel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust machine settings during production cycles

• Conduct routine quality checks on softgel capsules

• Document production data and ensure compliance with guidelines

• Maintain equipment and resolve operational issues promptly

• Clean and organize work area following safety protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Minimum of 1-year experience in GMP or manufacturing

• Proficient in basic math and problem-solving

• Strong attention to detail in operational tasks

• Comfortable with occasional overtime and extended hours
