Position: Experienced CNC Operator Wanted
Join Mega Mold as an Experienced CNC Operator in Windsor, Ontario, where you will utilize your 3D programming skills in a full-time, permanent position. This role focuses on producing high-quality components and ensuring efficient operations.

In this position, you'll leverage your five or more years of CNC operating experience to produce precision parts using Powermill. Setting up tools, machining components, and conducting thorough inspections will be key aspects of your role. Your contributions will promote a clean, safe, and productive working environment while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and evaluate CNC programs

• Set up and load machinery tools and materials

• Perform machining of components with precision

• Conduct inspection to authorized levels

• Collaborate with supervisors to implement procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC operator

• Expertise in 3D CNC programming using Powermill

• Knowledge of full 5 Axis CNC operations beneficial

• Capable of fine tolerance work

• Must possess personal tools for CNC tasks
