Join Magna’s dynamic team as an Auxiliary Production Associate in Windsor, Ontario. Work full-time on midnight shifts, performing essential roles in automotive manufacturing.
In this position within the Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group, you will operate machines, conduct quality control checks, and contribute to assembly tasks.

Your role is crucial for achieving production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaboration is key, and your efforts will support innovative automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assembly machinery for automotive components

• Rotate tasks among various assembly stations

• Conduct regular inspections for quality assurance

• Follow documented procedures for safe operations

• Participate in maintaining 5S standards for workplace organization
Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• Effective communication skills for teamwork

• Strong analytical and math skills

• Ability to perform medium lifting tasks

• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
