Become a vital part of Windsor Salt as a 4th Class Operating Engineer at our Evaporation Facility in Windsor, Ontario. You will operate food-grade evaporation processes while ensuring safety and efficiency in production.

Windsor Salt is seeking a qualified 4th Class Operating Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate the Pan Room, collaborating with our maintenance team to solve problems and maintain production quality. Your contributions will enhance workplace safety and cleanliness through adherence to standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food grade evaporation processes efficiently

• Communicate and collaborate with the maintenance team

• Ensure a clean and safe workplace environment

• Complete additional assigned duties in the Pan Room

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience

• Current certification as a 4th Class Operating Engineer

• Certifications in GMP, confined spaces, or lock out training are assets

• Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts

• Safety-conscious teamwork approach
