In this role, you will engage daily with customers to maintain and build relationships while providing expert paint process assistance. Candidates are expected to have at least three years of relevant experience in manufacturing or paint application. You will solve problems and communicate technical data, ensuring quality standards align with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customer relationships in the manufacturing sector
• Communicate project status and technical insights
• Troubleshoot issues to enhance paint application processes
• Analyze and report on technical data collection
• Assist in maintaining monthly quality reports and forecasts
Requirements:
• Minimum High School diploma/GED; engineering preferred
• 3 years of experience in paint application
• Strong understanding of chemical handling principles
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
