We are currently hiring Production Operators for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have previous industrial or manufacturing experience, a strong focus on safety and quality, and the ability to work effectively within a team setting. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to overall efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate production and assembly equipment while supporting daily manufacturing operations
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, start-ups, and line changeovers
Follow production schedules, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Load materials and components onto machines, fixtures, and production lines
Move carts, parts, and materials throughout the facility as required
Monitor equipment performance, operate HMI systems, and perform basic troubleshooting
Conduct quality inspections, sort defective materials, and maintain product quality standards
Report equipment issues, downtime, and maintenance concerns to leadership teams
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments to support operational goals
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and new equipment implementation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following housekeeping and 5S standards
Requirements
1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Forklift certification is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
