We are seeking a dedicated Tool & Die Maker to enhance our team at Narmco Group, a leader in the automotive sector. This role revolves around using advanced stamping techniques and verifying die designs, with a critical emphasis on quality control and problem resolution.

Experience with progressive and robotic transfers is essential for shaping excellence in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering sketches for die production

• Check materials according to specifications and drawings

• Set up die components per alignment standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve die functionality issues

• Collaborate effectively within the team environment

Requirements:

• Red Seal Tool & Die Maker certification preferred

• Minimum 1-3 years toolmaking experience

• Familiarity with automotive stamping processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong capability to collaborate with team members
