Production Associate - Midnight Shift at Magna

Step into the automotive industry with Magna as a Production Associate. This role emphasizes assembling parts and performing quality inspections on straight midnight shifts.

We are looking for full-time Production Associates to support our operations in the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting division. You will engage in assembling products, operating various machinery, and conducting quality control to meet Windsor Modules' standards. Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong coordination and adhere to safety regulations throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and insert components during assembly

• Rotate among machines in the assembly line

• Hand assemble parts as required by tasks

• Maintain safety standards in accordance with regulations

• Support continuous improvements using 5S methodology

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Proficiency in written and mathematical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to stand and perform medium lifting

• Complete necessary background checks for employment
