We are seeking a skilled Farm Machinery Operator for an organic farming role with various shift options. Ensure the health of crops and livestock while operating essential machinery.

As part of our organic farming team, you will focus on operating and maintaining equipment such as tractors and forklifts. Your responsibilities include greenhouse cleaning, quality control, and logging production details. This position supports both collaboration and independent work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain farm machinery and equipment efficiently

• Carry out greenhouse cleaning and upkeep

• Monitor and document crops and livestock health

• Keep accurate production and work records

• Perform essential farm tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1 to 7 months of experience in farming

• Capable of handling physically demanding tasks

• Must stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

• Knowledge of various farming machinery is required

• Authorized to work in Canada
