In this Millwright position at Windsor Salt, you will engage with equipment critical to operations, using your expertise to identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Your hands-on work will be vital for maintaining the safety and integrity of machinery at the Pugwash Mine, aligning with Windsor Salt's commitment to a zero-harm workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems effectively

• Repair and adjust motors, pumps, and valves

• Operate hoists and hand tools safely

• Interpret and execute written and verbal work orders

• Perform mechanical adjustments as required

Requirements:

• Hold a Red Seal Millwright certification

• Proven experience in machinery repair and diagnostics

• Willingness to work an 8-hour rotating schedule

• Ability to work independently

• Strong commitment to safety standards
