Become a key player at our Kingsville Distribution Center as a Box Machine Operator. This full-time position focuses on efficiently operating box machines and maintaining production records in a dynamic work environment.

Join a 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating around the clock. As a Box Machine Operator, you'll ensure machine performance, track production metrics, and uphold all safety regulations.

Your role requires mechanical skills and the ability to work independently while achieving daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report production issues to shift supervisor

• Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance

• Track production data: scrap, blanks, and boxes

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspace

• Run baler and assemble boxes as necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production or warehouse preferred

• Valid pallet jack license required

• Basic mechanical skills necessary

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Willingness to work flexible hours and independently
