Warehouse Administrator
Leamington, ON, On‑site

Vacancy Status:  This is for an existing vacancy

Shift:  Monday – Thursday, 6:15 am – 6:30 pm, with the ability to work overtime on Fridays if required.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Administrator is responsible for the set‑up and closure of all production runs. This position verifies and prepares production runs, consumptions, and closures in our ERP system and reconciles discrepancies.

Role and Responsibilities

Ensures materials and supplies are ready and staged for production runs

Maintains ERP system accuracy inclusive of location‑to‑location movements, adjustments, and verifies transactions in the ERP database

Ensures quality and operational checks are completed as required during the production run and reports any deficiencies

Maintains all necessary production records and documentation

Maintains cleanliness and functionality of all work spaces

Supports production teams as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production line environment

Previous experience utilizing ERP systems is considered an asset

Experience in processing and machine operation is an asset

Physically capable of frequently lifting up to 50 lbs

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail

Flexible and willing to work overtime as required

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $22.50–25.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered will be determined by skills, experience, education, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
