SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled Mold Maker in Windsor, ON, to build precision molds with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. Bring your expertise in assembling and validating injection molds to our collaborative team.

As a Mold Maker, you will play a crucial role in the full mold build process, including assembly and inspection. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in mold construction and a passion for solving complex tooling challenges while working within tight tolerances. Your expertise will help ensure all products meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and fit precision injection molds from start to finish

• Perform final inspections and maintain detailed work documentation

• Troubleshoot and validate molds to ensure functionality

• Develop detailed mold build plans and layouts

• Safely operate cranes for moving heavy mold components

Requirements:

• Ten years of related mold-making experience preferred

• Red Seal certification is an asset

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to read complex engineering drawings

• Experience safely operating overhead cranes and forklifts
