Position: Forklift Operator Role Facility
Join Select Finishing as a Forklift Operator in Windsor, Ontario, and support our production operations. This essential on-site role focuses on lift truck operation and inventory tasks in a dynamic production environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lift trucks at Select Finishing, a trusted leader in the finishing industry. Key responsibilities include replenishing product, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. As a member of our team, you will contribute to a safe and organized work atmosphere, collaborating with supervisors and peers to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate lift truck according to standards

• Ensure daily maintenance and safety checks

• Move products between loading and unloading stations

• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

• Communicate and coordinate with team effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must have valid forklift operator certification

• Proven forklift operation experience required

• Strong basic math and communication skills

• Familiarity with inventory systems an asset
