Briquette Plant Supervisor

Position: Hot Briquette Plant Supervisor
Lead operations as Hot Briquette Plant Supervisor with Ferrous Processing and Trading in Windsor, ON. Oversee thermal power processing and ensure efficiency and safety in production.

This supervisory role requires a proactive leader to manage activities in the Hot Briquette Plant. You will supervise processing equipment, examine materials for compliance, and resolve operational issues. Effective communication and teamwork are essential as you interpret policies and enforce safety regulations for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise thermal power processing and equipment operations

• Analyze production to ensure worker hour efficiency

• Inspect materials and products for specification compliance

• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality

• Maintain accurate time and production records

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate with teams
