Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor SQDC metrics and deviations

• Maintain action log for compliance and audits

• Develop and coordinate staff training programs

• Lead special projects assigned by management

• Coach and mentor production supervisors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP environments preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
