EDM Operator - Afternoon Shift

Position: EDM Operator - Afternoon Shift Role
Location: Tecumseh

Start your career as an Afternoon Shift EDM Operator with Integrity, a leader in custom plastic injection molds. This position provides hands-on experience in the machining sector.

You will work directly under the Machining Group Leader, assisting with programming tool paths and managing the EDM process. Familiarity with EDM machinery and software enhances your application, although we welcome all eager learners. Your goal is to execute high-quality production while meeting tight job deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective machining tool paths

• Accurately setup core and cavity components

• Efficiently manage loading/unloading of robots

• Monitor quality standards for production

• Achieve deadlines for assigned jobs

Requirements:

• Consistent availability for afternoon shifts

• 1-2 years of relevant EDM experience is a plus

• Experience with Makino machines and Tebis software is advantageous

• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented

• Ability to adapt and learn procedures
