Lead Production Supervisor

Enhance manufacturing efficiency as a Lead Production Supervisor at Catalent's Windsor site, Ontario. Overseeing softgel development, your leadership will ensure quality and safety in production.

Located fully on-site, this role reports directly to the Department Production Manager. You will coach shift supervisors and staff in operational excellence, compliance, and regulatory matters. Your expertise in pharmaceutical processes and manufacturing is vital for maintaining high standards and meeting customer requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics

• Develop classroom training programs and monitor qualifications

• Lead special projects defined by management

• Coach production supervisors and provide feedback

• Support communication during shift handover meetings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and GMP

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
