Lean Methodology Coordinator

Position: Lean Methodology Coordinator Role
Become a Lean Coordinator at ZF Foxconn, focusing on applying Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Take charge of process optimization and promote continuous improvement across the plant.

This position involves leading initiatives that apply Lean principles for better results in our manufacturing environment. You will work closely with plant management to implement changes, communicate regional expectations, and foster a teamwork-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of Lean principles to streamline processes

• Analyze production workflows and suggest needed improvements

• Facilitate training sessions on Lean practices for teams

• Support effectiveness tracking via Lean Maturity Assessments

• Update global reports on lean progress and strategies

Requirements:

• Required degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 3-5 years in manufacturing experience

• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
