We are actively recruiting skilled Mold makers to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to construct and modify molds, using advanced metal-working machinery and tools. Teamwork is vital as you will collaborate with your leaders and peers to troubleshoot and refine our mold production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct molds according to specifications

• Fit and test components for quality

• Install and manage hot runner systems

• Productionize molds effectively

• Ensure an orderly and clean work environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of mold making experience

• Strong work ethic and leadership qualities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to learn and adhere to procedures

• Capacity for problem-solving and process improvement
