As the Production Repack Manager, you'll oversee all repack operations in this permanent, full-time position. Your expertise in production scheduling, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives ensures that customer specifications are met while minimizing waste. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop daily and weekly production schedules

• Supervise repack operations on the afternoon shift

• Optimize labor and material utilization

• Monitor productivity and quality metrics

• Implement tracking systems and reporting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of production management experience

• Strong understanding of produce production needs

• Proven leadership in a multi-shift environment

• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

• Strong MS Excel and communication skills
