Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NC Operator  to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

What You Will Be Doing
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

Set up and operate NC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NC equipment

Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1

What We're Looking For
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:

Experience operating NC machines in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files

Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming (e.g., G-code)

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift
